HarmonyLab 200hr Teacher Training 

If you’re ready to transform your yoga practice or take the leap into teaching, HarmonyLab’s 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training offers a unique and comprehensive journey designed to equip you with the tools to become a knowledgeable, authentic, and impactful teacher. This program is ideal for those seeking to teach or deepen their own personal practice.

At HarmonyLab, we’ll guide you through a transformative process, helping you develop not only your teaching skills but also a profound understanding of yoga within your own body. From this foundation, you’ll be able to observe and guide others with confidence, offering them the tools to evolve in their practice.

MARCH 7 - Kickoff Meeting; 4 pm - 8:30pm

All Friday sessions: 4pm - 8pm

Saturday sessions: 7am - 7pm

Sunday sessions: 7am - 8pm

 

Curriculum Highlights:

 

    •    Deepen your understanding of yoga postures, sequences, yoga philosophy and history, and anatomy.

    •    Learn essential teaching and leading techniques, including verbal cues, hands-on adjustments, and prop usage.

    •    Gain practical experience in observing students and offering feedback.

    •    Explore pranayama, meditation, and yoga for special populations.

    •    Understand the business side of yoga and how to build a teaching career.

Upon Graduation:

 

    •    200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification from HarmonyLab.

    •    Eligibility to register with Yoga Alliance.

    •    Opportunities to teach community classes and audition for sub lists at HarmonyLab.

 

Investment:

 

    •    Tuition: $3,500

    •    Early Bird Special: Register by December 1, 2024, and receive a $200 discount.

    •    Payment plans are available upon request.

 

Training Requirements:

 

    •    Attendance is mandatory for all weekends, and arrangements must be made for any missed time.

    •    You must complete all required hours and make up any missed materials to graduate and register as an RYT-200.

 

Your Instructors:

 

Your lead teachers, Laura Sander - eRYT 500, Miriam Kindley - eRYT 500, and Brannin Lancaster eRYT 200/RYT 500 along with guest experts from the HarmonyLab community, will guide you through every step of this journey. These instructors are highly skilled in philosophy, anatomy, asana, pranayama, and more!
