Our Kids Aerial Yoga series is a playful, empowering experience designed for small groups of just four children, allowing for personalized attention, deeper connection, and a safe, supportive environment to explore.

 

Using aerial hammocks, children will build strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness while having so much fun they won’t even realize how much they’re learning. Each class blends aerial skills with elements of traditional yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork—helping kids regulate their emotions, improve focus, and feel more grounded in their bodies.

 

This is more than just a class—it’s a space where kids can:
