Release & Reset: A Back-to-School Breathwork + Reiki + Sound Bath Yoga Workshop

Theme: Let go of summer chaos and ground into routine.
Description: This 90-minute afternoon workshop combines gentle breathwork, reiki, sound bath, and journaling to help mamas (and anyone in transition) exhale the overwhelm and call in calm for the new school year. Add in cooling essential oils like peppermint and a short guided Yoga Nidra for deep reset.
Perfect for: Parents or moms in the thick of back-to-school stress.
🕯️ Include candles, soft music, maybe even a herbal tea offering after.

Inversions & Arm Balances Workshop: Build the Foundation

Tired of the "kick and pray" method or slamming your feet into a wall? You’re not alone.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in your inversion journey—kicking up with all your might only to collapse, bail out, or freeze—this workshop is for you.
Rather than forcing the final pose, we’ll uncover what’s missing in the foundation of your practice. You'll learn how to build the strength, mobility, and alignment you need to move toward inversions like Crow, Side Crow, Flying Pigeon, Eka Pada Koundinyasana, Headstand, Forearm Stand, and Handstand with greater control and clarity.

We’ll focus on:
   •    Where the real prep begins: wrist strength and flexibility, core integration, shoulder stability, active flexibility, and brain allowance.
   •    How to move with intention and body awareness rather than momentum, and learning to control it when you need it.
   •    Falling safely—because learning how to land is part of learning how to fly
   •    How to integrate these drills and techniques into your regular practice, so you're always building toward your goals.

This isn’t about mastering the final pose in one day—it’s about creating a personal path toward them that feels sustainable, empowering, and actually works.

All levels welcome. Come with curiosity, leave with clarity and confidence.
